ARPM Building Leaders of Character Program- August

What:
An immersive and interactive experience designed exclusively for ARPM, led by retired General Officers and faculty who reveal their leadership lessons learned from West Point and the U.S. Army. This comprehensive leadership program builds leaders of character. Attendees will engage in academic sessions and interactive experiences among a cohort of rubber and plastics executives from varying backgrounds. The experience includes an assortment of applied academic classroom modules, interactive experiential sessions, mentoring with expert faculty, networking time with other participants, and inspirational speakers.

A total of 18 sessions, ranging from 45 to 90-minutes each, will be delivered over a 14-week span. The program has been carefully designed to blend:

  1. Live interactions with seasoned leaders,
  2. Real-time keynote presentations,
  3. On-line video-based training that will cover seven (7) major segments of leadership, and
  4. Self-study to ensure the highest level of impact on each attendee. 


Attendees will:

  • Become more robust holding people accountable
  • Develop and maintain trust
  • Pull people together to meet organizational objects
  • Understand the importance of providing immediate feedback and how it should be delivered
  • Conquer communications challenges by applying time-tested military methods to relay objectives and key mission points
  • Be equipped to better improve organizational performance with After Action Review tools

Audience:
Mid-to-senior-level leaders, across the rubber & plastics industries, who want to proven, practical tools to be a more effective leader
