ARPM Young Professionals Network

ARPM's Young Professionals Network is dedicated to bringing together the innovative, creative and dedicated young professionals from across all ARPM member companies. The Young Professionals Network is composed of up-and-coming leaders from all over the country and in all areas of business. The YP Network hosts events year-round that are exclusively for these young professionals in the rubber industry. Events focus on networking, leadership skills, benchmarking and creating important, lasting connections in the ARPM association. Interested in learning more? • Upcoming Programs
  • YP Cohorts
    • This 16-week program allows you to make your career, growth, and future a top priority. You'll spend one hour every two weeks on a video call with a driven, intelligent, and supportive group of ARPM Young Professionals along with YP's from the Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors. Cohorts will begin in March 2022 and you will receive informaiton on how to join in the near future.

Members of ARPM’S YP Network:

• Help organize events for ARPM’s YP Network
• Participate in networking, leadership and development opportunities
• Have the opportunity to sit on a committee
• Gain access to industry mentors
• Have a special pre-conference session at the annual Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference
• Network with other like-minded young professionals

Structure:

The ARPM’s YP Network will be led by a committee comprised of YP members. Committee meetings are held quarterly at either in-person events or virtual conference calls. Committees will be formed on an as-needed basis and may contain an unlimited number of members. These individuals volunteer their time and talents to help create a network that services young professionals and the rubber industry! 

Joining:

Membership is open to any under-45 young professional from a current ARPM member company that is interested in ARPM’s mission of uniting individuals and companies, understanding and sharing best practices, networking and building relationships, and furthering the rubber industry.
