2024 Wage and Salary Report

Date: July 12, 2024

The 2024 Wage and Salary Report offers a thorough analysis of compensation for nearly 70 job titles based on data from over 200 facilities in the manufacturing industry. Additionally, this report includes historical trends for employment levels, overtime paid, 2nd and 3rd shift pay differentials, PTO, sick time, and vacation offered. The data is segmented by annual revenue and United States region.

The report includes an appendix providing the results of an additional survey carried out by MBS Advisors. This section of the report includes insights into employee satisfaction, influencers of job changes, and average bonus, commission and added incentives.
