Being a leader is more than supervising others and telling them what to do. In fact, leadership - at any level within a company - requires more internal reflection and active work than any other skill. But without training and guidance, the development of this necessary quality is often overlooked, impacting the performance of teams and companies alike. 

In this four-part series, ARPM - alongside the Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors (MAPP) and the American Mold Builders Association (AMBA), invites its emerging leadership, individuals new to the industry, supervisors and team leads to explore the below topics alongside industry peers.

The series will be facilitated by Elnian Gilbert, trainer and keynote speaker at Zingerman's Training.
