But without training and guidance, the development of this necessary quality is often overlooked, impacting the performance of teams and companies alike. 

In this four-part series, ARPM - alongside the Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors (MAPP) and the American Mold Builders Association (AMBA), invites its emerging leadership, individuals new to the industry, supervisors and team leads to explore the below topics alongside industry peers.
