Peer Networking for Young Professionals

Join other young professionals in manufacturing for a virtual peer-to-peer networking session focused on challenges related to leadership, culture and management. Similar to a roundtable discussion, attendees will each submit one topic for discussion. As each topic is reviewed, other participants on the call will be asked to share their own relevant knowledge, solutions and experiences.

Please submit at least one topic, challenge or question when registering. Attendees on the call will include members from the Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers (ARPM), American Mold Builders Association (AMBA), and Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors (MAPP.) This session is free for members of all three organizations.
