This webinar will provide an overview of the Trump Administration’s recent steel, aluminum, and Chinese product tariffs. Alan Rothenbeucher of Benesch and Laurie Harbour of Harbour IQ will cover a general understanding of how the tariff works, how US companies can seek exclusions from the tariff, and identify some proactive steps you can take to manage the costs and risk associated with the tariffs.

Specific topics will include:

• A review of the status of the U.S. legislative landscape, including current tariffs, potential future tariffs on automobiles and auto parts, and the NAFTA trade agreement.
