Creating and conducting a training program is hard work, but it is worth the investment. When employees gain knowledge, companies gain valuable expertise. However, creating a methodology that easily explains the program, and the benefits it offers, can be challenging.
Engineered Profiles LLC and Falcon Plastics have created training programs for the benefit of their companies and their associates. During this presentation, attendees will learn about how these companies are impacting their new hires from the moment they enter the building, and how they are impacting employees who have been with the company for over 25 years. These programs take the concept of continuing education to new heights.
