adhesive suggestion needed

Hello,
I have to glue some open cell foam to Neoprene rubber. Does anyone have any suggestions for an adhesive that's thick enough not to be absorbed by the foam and flexible enough to not crack when the assembly is flexed?

We found a two-part epoxy that's working well.
