Dow Megum 2525 adhesive

We are using this adhesive for our silicone medical handles. We're using a small amount each year and we have to buy a 5 gallon bucket that only lasts 12 months. And, lead time for a 5 gallon bucket is 4-6 months. Unfortunately, it's the adhesive that's been approved and we can't change it.
Does anyone know anyone who is currently using this stuff and who would sell us a quart? It's manufactured in Europe. If anyone has a European subsidiary or division that might be able to buy a quart and ship it to us, we'd be interested.
