I try to find standard where is angle value for circular mold depending on the circumference of the mold for V belts.

ARPM's IP-20, IP-21, IP-22, and IP-23 standards all specify nominal V-belt cross-section and standard sheave groove dimensions and tolerances. They do not specify V-belt angle or angle variation with belt length, as this is left to the belt manufacturer to determine. Belt manufacturers are free to determine belt dimensions that best fit into industry standard sheaves and perform at the intended level. We am not aware of any industry standard that specifies belt angle or belt angle as a function of belt length.
