Examples of Light Duty/Return to Work Programs

Previously, we required a full Dr release for anyone returning to work, regardless if they were out due to a Work Comp injury or something that happened outside of work. As such, I am just trying to get examples of what other members may have as their light-duty/return to work programs, specifically for Work Comp cases.
