COVID-19 High Risk Employees

What are other companies doing, besides giving the option of unpaid leave of absence, to those considered high risk (e.g. 60 years old or older, compromised immune system, living with someone with a compromised immune system?)

Unfortunately, we've only been able to offer options to these folks that are not good.
1) unpaid leave
2) friendly termination so they can get unemployement - but we can't guarantee their job will be available to hire back.

These folks really got left out of the current aid packages.

Aside from that, we are providing masks and emphasizing all the CDC stuff.
