What are other companies doing, besides giving the option of unpaid leave of absence, to those considered high risk (e.g. 60 years old or older, compromised immune system, living with someone with a compromised immune system?)

I am trying to find out what the norm is for accruing paid vacation, meaning how much time do hourly employees accrue per year, starting at date of hire.
