This webinar is an overview for planning before the incident occurs.  Attendees will be provided with tools to perform a risk analysis and presented with the relevant concepts needed to plan for mitigation of the risks leading to a potential accident. Several OSHA standards, as well as other guidelines, will be discussed.

Instructor: Phillip D. Walker

Phillip D. Walker is a safety professional with a vast background in safety. He has a record of performance and accomplishments in this field. Walker has designed the next generation of PPE and it is in use on the shop floor today. He has also successfully written and received grants for safety-related challenges. Walker holds degrees in Occupational Health & Safety and Fire Science. He also holds certifications in: 

  • Industrial Hygiene Management
  • ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
  • ISO 18001 Lead Auditor
  • Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist
  • Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer
  • Various technical rescue disciplines
