Capitalizing on the Challenges of Leadership

Like so many business professionals, Phillip Van Hooser has been trying to come to grips with the world’s new reality. As an award-winning keynote speaker and author on leadership, service and communication (and the next keynote for the 2020 Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference), Van Hooser is committed to helping organizations improve performance through cultivating productive relationships. No matter where attendees are on their own leadership journey, Van Hooser provides the training to help leaders build constructive relationships with their employees - relationships that improve teamwork, trust, creativity and, yes, profitability.

Drawing from his own leadership experience in community banking, FORTUNE 500 manufacturing and consumer products organizations, Phillip Van Hooser’s two-part interactive webinar series will lead attendees on a journey to develop a mindset that thrives on change and seizes opportunities others are afraid to explore:

Take the time to improve your own leadership style by learning to control fear, thrive on change and seize once-in-a lifetime opportunities.

Part 1: May 6th 2:00 PM EST Capitalizing on the Challenges of Leadership - Controlling Fear & Thrive on Change: Everybody has fears—and that means every leader has fears. But not letting those fears get the best of you is an important part of successful leadership. If you don’t learn to manage your fears, you’ll be tempted to take the kind of shortcuts that undermine your authority and influence. During this session participants will identify common reactions to fear and change and receive practical help for managing both.

Part 2: May 13th 2:00 PM EST- Capitalizing on the Challenges of Leadership – The Effects of Stress: More info for part 2 here.

Please note, webinar times are in EDT. A Zoom link will be sent to attendees before the webinar.
